A supremely characterful Jamaican rum, brought to us by Danish indie bottler 1423. Hailing from an undisclosed distillery, the rum carries the marque NYE-WK, which is reported to be the highest ester level produced at the distillery. Matured between 2020 and 2022 in a single ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry cask, which was opened up to yield an outturn of 182 cask strength bottles.
