Cask strength and non chill-filtered, this single barrel rum from Fiji has only 240 bottles in existence. This one was distilled in 2002 and since then has spent time maturing before its ultimate bottling at 57.1% ABV by Denmark's 1423 for the Single Barrel Selection.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Pepper, wood and vanilla are all at play here along with sweet syrup sponge and molasses. A long deliberate finish that lasts and lasts.
