
Taylor's has always done a very fine LBV, and the 2007 is a particularly good example. It was made with grapes grown on the company's own vineyards in Cima Corgo and Douro Superior, and What Food, What Wine magazine awarded it 4 stars!
Plum jam and hints of blackcurrant. A little vanilla and nutmeg.
Cherries, blackcurrant conserve and refined tannins. Very thick. Good level of sweetness.
Very fruity. Stewed plums.
