Quinta do Noval Late Bottled Vintage Port 2017
From Quinta do Noval comes an unfiltered Late Bottled Vintage made only with noble grape varieties from its vineyard including Touriga Nacional, Touriga Francesa, Tinta Roriz, Tinto Cão, and Sousão. They were trodden by foot and in the "lagares", traditional stone vats, to obtain the must and then macerated during a three-day fermentation. It was then aged for five years in Portuguese oak and Chestnut casks.
