Quinta do Noval Late Bottled Vintage Port 2014
It's the 2014 Late Bottled Vintage Port from the ever-wonderful Quinta do Noval, made with grapes from a single vineyard in Pinhão. The grapes are even trodden by foot before it's fermented, and then matured for five years in both Portuguese oak and chestnut casks. It's ready to drink now, and will make a fabulous partner for desserts involving dark chocolate.

Black cherry and ripe forest fruits, with silky spices and touches of cocoa powder balancing a mineral undertone.
