Martins de Sá Rosé Port Bottling Note

This Rosé Port from Martins de Sá is bottled in Portugal at 19.5% ABV and counts itself as the brightest and most playful member of the set of ports Martins de Sá have assembled (Ruby, White and Tawny editions complete the line-up). The sultry raspberry colour is created during fermentation, when grape skins are swiftly removed to give the wine a much lighter colour that just begs to be used for cocktails and mixes, or to rest on the cool reserve of ice.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Aromatic notes of cherry and honeysuckle playfully blend with sweet citrus.

Palate: Lightly sweet and fruity, it's filled to the brim with refreshing red fruit.

Finish: Good length, that fades on tangy citrus.
