This is an antique bottling of Martinez Superior Old Tawny Port, bottled by J. G. Thompson in the 1950s. At some point over the years, someone has deemed this port rare enough to give it a handwritten label reading "Special Port (Old)". Despite this good-natured act of designation, this remains a collectible bottle of Port, which is indeed rare and special.
