Description

This vintage Port from Fonseca is made entirely from grapes grown in the Quinta do Panascal region, and harvested in 2008. With heaps of jammy fruit and rich tobacco character, it'd pair superbly with a good spread of walnuts, stilton, figs, and dried apricots.

Overall

A velvety mouthfeel, with jammy berries, hints of marmalade and black pepper alongside ripe plum and cigar box.

Quinta do Panascal 2008 vintage port

I am 70 years old in 2026, so trust me I have sampled many many ports over the years. In my opinion this is one of the nicest ports I have ever tasted ! Absolutely beautiful. Don't rush it , take your time and sip it and enjoy every moment.
