This white port is mostly made at Dow's Quinta do Sol winery using white grapes from the Douro valley. This port has been fermented off the skins, at a temperature of between 18 and 22 degrees Celsius. Aged for around three years.

I absolutely love this one. It's more sweet, not dry like most of the white ports. Chill it and enjoy it on a hot summer evening. :)
