Description

A brilliant, experimental Port from Cockburn's, this one is called Ruby Soho, and as such is a ruby Port... inspired by Soho. It's jammy and fruity, and is delicious in a Port & Lemon, made with soda, lemon juice, and sugar syrup – though if you wanted to enjoy it neat, it's a top pairing with either cheese or chocolate.
