It's a 50/50 blend of new make spirit from two iconic distilleries, one big, one tiny, rested in bourbon barrels for 10 weeks for subtle notes of oak char. Enjoy this as you would a Tequila or mezcal; it'll work superbly in lime-forward cocktails.
