Kappa Pisco 40%
Chilean Pisco named after the Kappa Crucis Cluster, also known as the Jewel Box. They make this expression using Muscat grapes (Chile is well-known for its use of Muscat grapes in wine), which are distilled twice and then combined with pure water from the Andes Mountains.
