A Peruvian Pisco made with Abilla grapes grown in the Ica region of Peru, south of Lima. The Tacama Vineyard is one of the oldest in South America with its foundations stretching back as far as 1540. Sip it neat to decipher the aromatic complexities of Pisco, or try it in a Pisco Sour.
Delicately aromatic with notes of raisins, sugar cane, ripe banana and pear. Tropical fruits dominate the palate. Think pear, melon, mango and caramelised sugar.
