Our drink of choice since Christmas has become a 'Dark & Stormy' rather than the usual MANY Malts we possess, Goslings Black Seal 151 is a magnificent thing. Goslings own Ginger Beer is not cheap, HOWEVER, having tried domestic brands, I can truly say, it is worth the bother, it is the perfect compliment for the Rum and all that is needed to add is a slice of Lime and if personal taste dictates, a splash of lime cordial too. This is my third case since Christmas and I only drink on a Fri/Sat evening at home, which suggests I like very much.
