This is a pack of three 100ml bottles of Birkentree Highland Birchwater, harvested straight from birch trees in Scotland, and bottled up to pair with Scotch whisky. The producers recommend giving it a good shake before serving, and using a 50:50 ratio with your whisky.
I love adding a bit of this to my cask strength drams, just cuts back the burn, smooths out and balances and, most importantly, enhances the flavours!
Seems to add a smoothness and draw out flavour!……and the best bit… it doesn’t dilute like water does.
Beautiful water. Defo marginally better than the Adams Ale that comes out the tap.
