This joven mezcal from Rey Campero is made exclusively from the Espadín agave variety. It goes through an open air fermentation with wild yeasts before it's double-distilled in copper stills. Finally, the smoky spirit was bottled at a warming 47% ABV.

White flowers and tart citrus, with vegetal bell pepper notes and a touch of creamy vanilla alongside chilli pepper with smouldering charcoal on the finish.
