Mezcal artesanal from QuiQuiRiQui which has been made pechuga style. But instead of the mezcal being distilled with raw protein and spices, this mezcal has had a third distillation with mole paste (made with chiles, sesame seeds, almonds, peanuts, garlic, onions, raisins, bananas, and cacao) so it's vegan. A super interesting, earthy expression, with notes of fruity spice and rich savoury notes joining the smoky mezcal core.
