This edition of Picaflor's Mezcal Espadín is bottled at a higher ABV than the original. It boasts some fabulous cooked agave flavour and has a pretty hip looking tattooed bird man on the label, in recognition of the importance that hummingbirds have to the pollination of the agave plant!
Herbaceous and vegetal with pleasant smoke, wafts of roasted agave, and gentle fruit notes throughout.
