This edition of Picaflor's Mezcal Espadín is bottled at a higher ABV than the original. It boasts some fabulous cooked agave flavour and has a pretty hip looking tattooed bird man on the label, in recognition of the importance that hummingbirds have to the pollination of the agave plant!
