Papadiablo Espadin Bottling Note

This Papadiablo Mezcal is made with a single variety of agave (the Espadin agave) in Miahuatlan, Oaxaca. Earthy and fruity - plenty to work with for Mezcal cocktails. Also, we have to reiterate - the name translates to "Pope devil", which really is quite the oxymoron.
