A delicious Mezcal produced by Salomon Rey Rodriguez (Tio Rey) in Oaxaca, bottled by Mezcal Vago. It's made using Agave Tobalá, which is particularly hard to cultivate and, as such, is rather prized among Agave growers.
Enjoyably oily, with earthy spice at its core.
