An excellent mezcal from the Mezcal Vago range, produced by Emigdio Jarquín Ramirez using the Madrecuishe agave variety. Enjoyably flavoursome, with a fine balance between familiar savoury notes of agave, the characteristic smoke of mezcal, and an intriguing flash of fruity sweetness.
Baked earth, cassia, orange peel, dry smoke with a slow build of peppery heat, a hint of runny caramel.
