A Joven Mezcal from the Mezcal Vago range, who give plenty of attention to the people behind the spirit and what goes into it. This one was made by Salomon Rey Rodriguez, and was twice distilled using a blend of 54% Espadin and 46% Mexicano agave.
Fresh and clean with aloe.
Nutty and slightly herbaceous.
