Mezcal Reina Espadín/Jabalí Ensamble
From the impressive Mezcal Reina range (nothing to do with the former Liverpool and Napoli goalkeeper, before you ask), this Espadín/Jabalí Ensamble features a blend of mature Agave Espadín and Wild Agave Jabalí, as you probably guessed from the name. The agave (or maguey if we're being authentic) was cooked in an earthen pit, crushed by hand, and double distilled in clay pots. You can enjoy this in cocktails or sip it neat.
