Meteoro Joven Mezcal Bottling Note

From Las Margaritas, Oaxaca, comes Meteoro Joven Mezcal, named after the legend of a small meteor making a little crater in Oaxaca and a local Mezcalero using it as an earthen pit oven to cook his agave hearts ('Meteoro' is Spanish for 'Meteor' - FYI). This is a 100% Espadin Agave Mezcal, twice distilled in copper pot still by by maestro Petonilo Rosario Altamirano.
