Blanco mezcal from the Mezcal de Leyendas range (which promotes spirits from small producers, with a big focus of social sustainability and environmental responsibility). This particular expression was made using Agave salmiana and distilled by master mezcalero Juan Jose Hernandez in San Luis Potosí in the heart of Mexico. Wonderfully aromatic and spicy.
