From the Memorable Mezcal range, which is all about using wild agave to make the spirits, comes an expression produced exclusively with Madrecuishe agave. Madrecuishe is part of the Karwinskii family, and it's a rather tall plant compared to some other agave varieties you may have seen. It also just so happens to make great mezcal, brimming with earthy, subtly floral notes.
