Espadín-based agave from the Memorable Mezcal range, which is interestingly produced exclusively using wild grown agave. They let Mother Nature do her thing, the harvest the agave and turn it in to excellent mezcal. Good job, team!

I wish I had the talent to fully profile each note this has. The range even one variety of Agave can have will always astonish me. This is the absolute best Espadín I’ve ever had, I wish it was more affordable for me but when it’s next available I will be buying another. The memorable range and their exclusively wild picked Agave deserve their roses because they’re in a category of their own.
