Sourced from Oaxaca, Mexico, this mezcal is made from three types of agave; a core of 81% sustainably farmed espadín brings delicate sweetness, balanced by the floral, fruity notes of wild foraged tobalá (15%) and a small helping of wild foraged tobasiche (4%) for a delicate mineral lift. Created to be smooth and approachable, dialling back the smoke-forward character found in some traditional mezcals, this is a premium sipper that'll be ideal served neat and sipped slowly over ice.
