From just outside the region of Sola de Vega comes the first expression from Siete Misterio to be made in copper pot stills rather than a clay oven. The milling for this mezcal is also done by horse-drawn tahona, rather than by hand like the other Siete Misterios mezcal, and typical for the producer each batch is made by a different mezcalero.
Orange, lavender, cinnamon, vanilla, and a hint of chilli smoke.
