Coyote agave is a rare, wild variety that isn't used all that commonly in mezcal production – so it's always exciting to see these single-vintage expressions from Los Siete Misterios. A vibrant, herbaceous sipper that ought to excite all the agave nerds out there.
Vibrant layers of ripe banana, butterscotch, and herbaceous menthol, with sweet cooked agave and mellow, earthy minerality.
