Los Siete Misterios Coyote 2017
This mezcal from Los Siete is made with the Coyote variety of agave, which isn't often seen being used in mezcal production - interesting stuff indeed! This bottling is the 2015 vintage, and features a pair of well dressed skeletons on the label, as well as a skeleton dog (or is it a coyote?).

Huge fresh fruit notes with this one - red berries and white peach, with a touch of earthy smoke too.
