Behold, another expression of La Medida Mezcal! The range explores a whole host of agave varieties (agvarieties?), with this particular expression being made with the Madrecuishe variety. Madrecuishe grows in a cylindrical shape, making it quite tall for an agave plant, which is rather pleasing.
