Mezcal Júrame Artesanal Joven 100% Salmiana
A joven mezcal from San Luis Potosí, produced entirely from Salmiana agave. Bottled without cask ageing, it puts the variety’s naturally herbal, mineral, and gently sweet character at the centre of the glass. Salmiana is capable of producing wonderfully distinctive mezcal, with green vegetation, roasted agave, citrus, and clean smoke rather than simple bonfire bellowing.
