
From Koch El Maguey comes another splendid mezcal, produced from the Tobasiche agave variety, a subspecies of the Karwinskii family of agave, which needs twelve to thirteen years to fully mature. It's characterized by its herbaceous, earthy qualities. Koch took this agave, double-distilled it, and bottled it up at 47% ABV.
Meaty smoke, zesty citrus, coffee, and fresh herbs, with a touch of tropical fruit.
