From the ever wonderful Koch El range comes this expression, made using the much loved Espadín agave sourced from San Baltazar Guelavila. This joven mezcal is unaged, bottled at 47.12% ABV. A great spirit for anyone wanting to begin their mezcal journey.
Sweet tropical fruit and a touch of grapefruit citrus, with toasted coconut and a herbaceous grassy note, with smoky pepper leading into the finish.
An excellent mezcal that is not too harsh upon first tasting. The smoky flavour is revealed upon it entering your mouth with other subtle flavours filtering through afterwards. It is an excellent starter to exploring the many different variations of mezcal with a distinctive little "kick" as it glides smoothly down your throat
