Another splendid mezcal from Koch El Maguey, this expression is produced in Río de Ejutla, Oaxaca from the Arroqueño agave variety, which takes between eight and fifteen years to reach maturity. Double distilled and bottled up at a bold 47.1% it has plenty of bright, citrus character alongside gentle mineral spice and soft smoke – a delightful sipper!
