A special edition bottling of mezcal from the El Tinieblo range, made using espadín and verde maguey, and bottled at 54% ABV. The agave is cooked in an earthen pit, crushed with a tahona, and fermented in open air wooden vats before distillation. This edition keeps those fresh, crisp mineral and orchard fruit flavours at the fore – and it's all wrapped up in a 100% recycled glass bottle, no less!
