El Tinieblo Añejo
A wonderful, well-aged artesanal Añejo mezcal from El Tinieblo! This one spends up to two years in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, imparting oodles of caramelised, oaky notes. The distillery also prioritises sustainability – not only is the mezcal presented in a recycled glass bottle, for every agave plant harvested the distillery plants 25 more!
