
Released as part of a series of bottlings for La Maison du Whisky's Cellar Book series, this is a top-notch mezcal from Del Maguey, made using wild tobaziche agave. Not seen very often, this variety of agave, but when it's used in mezcal, it makes for some flavoursome sippin'.
Earthy and oak-y, with underlying sweetness of fresh citrus blossom. Plenty of smoky notes, too.
