Del Maguey Wild Jabalí Mezcal (45%) 70cl

Mezcal from the absolutely fantastic Del Maguey range, made using the Jabalí agave. You might be unfamiliar with Jabalí, as it's not frequently used in Mezcal production. Its name translates to "Wild Boar", and it was named this because the pointy bits of the agave (which you may know from their scientific name - "leaves") look like the teeth of a boar.
