Only 80 bottles were produced of this ancestral style mezcal from Corte Vetusto. Made from 100% sierra negra agave, which is a rare, wild varietal of Agave americana that can take over two decades to mature. This mezcal was double distilled in traditional clay stills, and you can expect plenty of minerality alongside smoky, cooked agave notes.
