Convite Una Mezcal 70cl

Convite Una is named after the Zapotec word for woman and made to support breast cancer awareness. The producer pledges 10% of bottle sales to the cause. Crafted from hillside-grown Espadín agave in San Baltazar Guelavila, this distinctive pink-hued mezcal is made using traditional methods, including cooking in a stone oven, tahona milling, natural fermentation and double distillation in copper stills. Its unusual colour comes from the addition of cochineal, while the spirit retains a bright, herbal character with plenty of citrus and minerality.
