This joven mezcal from Convite is made with the wild (and rare) Tobala agave! Tobala plants take longer to reach maturity – around 12 years – though it's certainly worth the wait. This complex expression is full of aromatic smoke, green fruit, and savoury herbs.
Strawberry, rosemary, white pepper spice, and creamy citrus, with underripe tropical fruit in support.
