Convite Tobala Mezcal
This joven mezcal from Convite is made with the wild (and rare) Tobala agave! Tobala plants take longer to reach maturity – around 12 years – though it's certainly worth the wait. This complex expression is full of aromatic smoke, green fruit, and savoury herbs.
