Convite Pechuga Mezcal 70cl

A pechuga from Convite made from Espadín agaves matured for more than eight years before harvesting, with local fruits, herbs, spices, and turkey breast introduced during a second distillation. It's a traditional technique associated with celebrations, with the vapours carrying aromatic compounds from the ingredients into the finished spirit. The result is a wonderfully expressive mezcal, marrying the earthy, smoky character of cooked agave with fragrant fruit and sweet spice. Bottled at 42% ABV.
