From Cinco Elementos comes this joven mezcal, produced exclusively from wild Maguey Cuishe agave, found growing on hillsides. This particular agave variety can take up to 25 years to reach maturity to be harvested, so it's much less commonly used to produce mezcal with. This earthy, dry unaged expression has been bottled at 48.5% ABV.
Notes of cigar box and petrichor, with subtle, earthy wood smoke and a dry, peppery finish.
