Santa de Piedra is a jovel mezcal made in San Bartolo Yautepec using espadin agave. Not only is it tasty, the bottles are also made using recycled glass - which is always cool.

Particularly fruit-forward for a mezcal, with fresh vine peach and guava notes. Wafts of earthy smoke arrive later on the palate.
