Kinsale Atlantic Dry Mead
From the Kinsale folks over in Ireland comes this Atlantic Dry Mead. The traditional style mead is made from raw Spanish orange blossom honey, which is mixed with local water and yeast and then fermented. Though the honey is a prominent flavour, this dry mead is anything but overly sweet.
