A sweet violet gin liqueur from the inventive Manchester distillers and liqueur makers of The Zymurgorium named after an Ancient Greek mythological figure. Perfect in an Aviation, of course, or with/on/in desserts.
In mythology violets were created by Zeus for his mortal lover Io, placing them in the meadows where she walked. This has also reminded us in the office of the time we decided to respond to all queries using a binary language of Is ("aye") and Os ("oh"). O? I. O I? I O!
Fragrant and sweet. Plenty of pastel Parmas.

Love this in prosecco with a little shimmer glitter lol tastes fab on its own also. Low alcohol content so great for a summers day drink
Lush
does taste like Parma Violets, but is a very mild gin liquor... not real GIN. only 18% proof.. as opposed to 40% proof for proper gin.
Absolutely vile, if you want a violet gin go for Boe.
Don't get me wrong this tastes good but there's a slightly strange aftertaste I'm not to sure about.
