Zymurgorium Sweet Violet Gin Liqueur (Quintessential Range)

Zym. Violet Gin Liqueur Bottling Note

A sweet violet gin liqueur from the inventive Manchester distillers and liqueur makers of The Zymurgorium named after an Ancient Greek mythological figure. Perfect in an Aviation, of course, or with/on/in desserts.

In mythology violets were created by Zeus for his mortal lover Io, placing them in the meadows where she walked. This has also reminded us in the office of the time we decided to respond to all queries using a binary language of Is ("aye") and Os ("oh"). O? I. O I? I O!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Fragrant and sweet. Plenty of pastel Parmas.

Perfect in Fizz
Add a splash in a glass of fizz for the perfect alternative to Kir Royal. Served this the evening before my niece got married for her friends and it was such a hit

Sweet and OK, but not a gin.
My dad bought me this on his trip to the UK. It tastes like candy... That's good, but don't call it a gin!

Not pleasant at all
We enjoy most gins, but sorry to disappoint this gin however you serve it is not very pleasant at all, don’t waste your money.

Sweet and delicious
Tastes like Parma Violets, smells like Parma Violets and mixes well with lemonade, in Prosecco or simply neat over ice. Beautiful.
