Brothers Jonathan and Alexander Neil started making spirits in 2020 after their Leeds-based bars were forced to close due to the pandemic and now have a comprehensive range of gins and liqueurs, including Thomas Green's Speciality Coffee Liqueur. Made using cold brewed coffee and a low sugar content to let its natural vanilla and chocolate flavours shine, this can be enjoyed neat, over ice, over ice cream, or in a number of cocktails.
